Cozy Up with Clumpies’ Featured Flavors for Fall

It’s just about time for blankets and bonfires—the coziest time of the year. Embrace the magic of a Chattanooga autumn with Clumpies’ Fall Featured Flavors, an assortment of ten select scoops. Bundle up and enjoy the homemade taste of pumpkin, caramel, apple, maple, butter, brownies and more. 

Making its debut this season is Dairy Free Oatmeal Crème Pie. This smooth, creamy and nutty flavor is made with dairy free oatmeal bars that are topped with dairy free buttercream. 

Other Featured Flavors this season include the return of fall favorites... 

Like our specialty Chai Latte ice cream. A chai latte is a creamy, sweet beverage made from black tea, a blend of warm spices like cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and steamed milk. Clumpies uses Piper & Leaf’s Signature Black Tea with a garam masala blend of spices to make this typically hot beverage into a sweet cool treat. 

Coffee Cake is a creamy assortment of brown sugar ice cream and coffee beans from New Wave churned with Cinna-Ritz clusters. The brown sugar base gives it a deeper, warm, more rustic flavor than typical sweet cream bases. 

Maple Shortbread Cookie is a mix of maple-infused ice cream with house-made maple shortbread cookies. This ice cream flavor is the perfect blend of crisp and creamy. 

PB Brownie is exactly what it sounds like—and tastes even better than you imagine. 

We add peanut butter swirled brownies into our special peanut butter-flavored ice cream to create a smooth, nutty and salty mix of peanut butter-chocolate goodness.  

Salty Malty Swirl infuses our vanilla malt ice cream with salted caramel fudge. As a final touch, we sprinkle malted pretzel clusters for its signature crunch. Malt has a diverse flavor profile and this ice cream offers a delicious sweet and salty flavor.  

Any pumpkin lovers? Be sure to sample Pumpkin Cheesecake and Pumpkin Caramel Cake. Pumpkin Cheesecake features a cream cheese ice cream mixed with white chocolate pumpkin ganache and a touch of gingersnap crumbs. Pumpkin Caramel Cake is made with a vanilla-scented sweet cream ice cream with pumpkin caramel cake pieces and pumpkin caramel swirls. 

Similar to how we accessorize with layers, Oatmeal Apple Butter features many layers of fall flavors. House made apple butter is added to our toasted cinnamon oat ice cream. The mix is then infused with the crisp taste of oatmeal cookies for a sweet and toasted flavor complimented by warm notes. 

Brown Sugar + Walnut Brittle is a delectable, sweet and salty mixture of brown sugar ice cream and walnut brittle clusters.

Each pint of Clumpies is handcrated nine gallons at a time right here in Chattanooga. That means whether you enjoy a scoop in our stores or in the comfort of home, each flavor is made in-house, beginning with pasteurizing our milk and cream. We then add fresh, locally sourced ingredients to our mix, which is then churned through our perfected micro-batch process. The end result is the best ice cream in the region. 

Our Featured Flavors are only made in specialty batches for that season, and available for a limited time. Once they’re gone, you’ll have to wait until next year (and hope we have your favorite flavor) to enjoy them!
