Wholesale Policies

Ordering Policies:

  • Orders placed by 9am Friday will be delivered the following Thursday.

  • We typically deliver on Thursdays between 10:00am-2:00pm. If you need a specific delivery window, please let us know and we’ll try to accommodate as best as possible!

    • Our minimums for delivery are based on proximity to our production kitchen in St. Elmo:
      • 0-5 miles, $100 order minimum 
      • 5-15 miles, $200 order minimum
      • 15+ miles, only approved under special circumstances, $400 order minimum

    Payment Policies: 

    • All customers that are sales tax exempt must provide a copy of their Sales Tax Exemption Certificate. Sales tax will be charged until certificate is provided.
    • All accounts are under 30 day terms.
    • Accounts must be paid online via credit card. Payment can be made when the order is placed, or within the 30 day terms. 
    • Orders will not be approved unless your account is within terms. 

    Specialty Flavor Policies: 

    • We make custom flavors and sizes to order to maximize freshness and minimize waste.

    • If you're interested in a custom flavor, we'd love to collaborate! Please reach out to us so we can start that conversation. 

    Marketing: 

    • New accounts will be provided a "proudly serving" sign, in addition to any applicable menu signage.
    • Additional marketing collateral available upon request, price varying.
