Shipping policy

Outside of Chattanooga Area: We ship ice cream weekly, Monday through Wednesday. 

• If you submit your order by 5pm on Monday it will ship Tuesday.
• If you order after 5pm Monday through 5pm Tuesday, it will ship Wednesday.
• If you order after 5pm Tuesday through 5pm Sunday, your order will ship the following Monday. 

Local Chattanooga Deliveries: We offer local delivery in the Chattanooga area for pint packs and merch items. 

We deliver locally on Wednesday of each week. Orders must be placed by midnight on Tuesday to be delivered the next day.
