Thank you for inquiring about our donation process. Please read through the information below before submitting your request.

Due to the overwhelming amount of requests that we receive for donations, proposals must be completed online and will not be accepted by phone, fax, email, or USPS. We are sorry for this inconvenience, but it is the only way to fairly distribute our funds.

• We only offer donations to non-profit organizations in Chattanooga or the immediate surrounding area (Georgia).
• We require at least a month lead time to approve a donation, but the earlier it is submitted the better due to the limited amount we’re able to provide each month.
• We only offer in kind donations of ice cream products or merchandise (We do not offer gift cards as donations).
• We only provide (1) donation for an organization each calendar year.
• All donations must be picked up at our Southside scoop shop.
