Summer is almost here, which means ice cream season is about to be in its prime. Our newest lineup of Featured Flavors has landed with 12 limited edition tastes for summer – including two brand new creations. Each one is crafted with the season in mind bursting with bold and refreshing flavors to satisfy those hot summer day cravings. 

Featured Flavors are a mix of new and returning tastes available seasonally (or for special occasions!) and this summer’s palettes offer a delectable selection of tropical fruit, regionally grown berries, delicious peanut butter, rich caramel and more. Like always, each bite is made in our production facility at the base of Lookout Mountain, only nine gallons at a time.  

Looking for a more of a classic flavor? No worries, they are available year-round at any of our scoop shops: Northshore, Southside, & St. Elmo. Featured Flavors are available in store only for a limited time!

NEW Watermelon Salt Water Taffy 

Taste a punchy watermelon flavor and hint of sea salt in this vibrant watermelon pink ice cream. Why put salt on watermelon? A dash of salt can enhance its flavor and cut the sweetness or sometimes bitter kick. For this taste, we use natural flavors to infuse our sweet cream ice cream base with the flavor of salted watermelon. Allergen info: Contains milk and eggs. 

NEW Cherry Limeade Sorbet  

We prep this sorbet the day before by combining tons of tart cherries, sugar, water, lime juice, and tonic flavor in a large container. We let it sit overnight to soften the fruit and let the flavors get to know each other, and then we puree and churn the next day! 

Just a heads up! Our ice cream is produced in a kitchen that also makes milk products containing milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy and wheat.
